About Our Property

We, Hatago Tsubakiya in Yamanakako Village in Yamanashi prefecture, is located just 5 min. walk away from Lake Yamanaka.

No meals are served at Hatago Tsubakiya. Bringing your own (ready-to-eat) food and eating/drinking in guest rooms are welcome. (Cooking is not permitted.)

At Tsubakiya, we provide the followings: hot spring (onsen) bathrooms to be used as private, play rooms with ping-pong table and pocket billiards facility, free Wi-Fi. There is public free space equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen tools and ice, and we also provide a coin-operated laundromat and rent-a-cycle (¥700 /hour | ¥3,500 /day tax included.) for our guests to use.

Check Out: At or before 10:00am

Notice

1. Minimum necessary lights are only left around 22:00 (10:00pm) in the house: Front door is open 24hrs.

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, not even at room balcony.

3. We take no responsibility for theft, lost items, or any trouble between guests.

4. For left items, we shall keep them for 3(three) months; groceries and underwear are excluded.
